The Lord’s Prayer 30 Day Challenge: Day #21 “When Your Red Letter Ink Runs Dry”

WHEN WE DON’T PRAY LIKE THIS . . .                  . . . OUR DAY GOES LIKE THIS

Our Father which art in heaven,                               [My] father which art in heaven,
Hallowed by thy name.                                                 Hallowed be [my] name.
Thy Kingdom come,                                                       [My] kingdom come
Thy will be done in earth                                             [My] will be done in earth
As it is in heaven.                                                            [Before I get to] heaven.

Give us this day                                                               Give [me] this day,
Our daily bread.                                                              [Everyone’s] bread.
And forgive us our debts,                                             And forgive [me my] sins,
As we forgive our debtors.                                          [But I’m not forgiving] others who sin.

And lead us not into temptation,                               And lead [me] not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil:                                               [But turn your head as I do a little] evil.

For thine is the Kingdom,                                             For [mine] is the kingdom,
And the power,                                                               And [mine is] the power,
And the glory,                                                                 And [mine is] the glory.
Forever,                                                                             Forever.
Amen.                                                                                Amen!
